3. Backup Management and Uptime SLA

3.1. Backup Management:

• While infowaves.in offers backup management and Uptime Service Level Agreements (SLA) for servers to the extent possible, customers are responsible for their own regular backups.
• We recommend customers plan for contingencies by opting for multi-location data centers and quality DNS services.

3.2. Customer Responsibility:

• Planning for contingencies and maintaining backups is solely the responsibility of the customer.

3.3.  infowaves.in Responsibility:

•  infowaves.in is responsible only for the refund of downtime fees in the event of server downtime, and no other liabilities are assumed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Downtime Refund:

•  infowaves.in will refund downtime fees in accordance with our uptime SLA. Refunds are limited to downtime fees and do not extend to other damages or losses.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Exclusion of Damages:

•  infowaves.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

6. Jurisdiction

6.1. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thane, Mumbai, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.1. Modification:
